President Trump's ex-campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, has been widely criticized for his reaction to the story of a 10-year-old girl with Down syndrome who crossed the U.S. border separated from her mother:

Lewandowski has since clarified that he wasn't mocking the girl, he was mocking the man sharing the story:

Even so, Lewandowski may have a tougher time landing big-ticket speaking engagements. CNN says "Leading Authorities Inc.," one of the capital's most prominent speakers bureaus, has severed ties with Lewandowski.
Does your brain's pleasure center light up when you're buying something online and you see the words "no state sales tax"? Enjoy it while you can. The Supreme Court has ruled states have the right to collect sales taxes on internet companies that don't have a physical presence in their states. Amazon has already been collecting sales tax in Illinois and other states where it has a physical presence, but the ruling will affect third parties that sell on Amazon's site. So it's probably good news for brick-and-mortar chains that, like Target and Walmart, sell stuff online, too—and have had to charge sales tax all along.

And, yeah, Chicago: It's wet. The National Weather Service says that, in the period since May 1, the city has experienced more rain than in the same timeframe of any other year on record going back to 1871.
